From first conversation to live automation.

Here's exactly what working with us looks like — every step of the way, and what you'll pay for along the journey.

The journey

A clear path from problem to solution.

No black boxes, no surprises. Here's how every client engagement runs — from the first message to an automation that works quietly in the background.

Tell us about the problem you're facing using our enquiry form, or send us a message if you'd just like a chat first. Either way, we'll come back to you quickly.

We arrange a discovery call to understand how your business runs, where the time goes, and what you'd like to fix. We'll ask follow-up questions as we go — nothing gets assumed.

We put together a proposal for what we'd build and how. We'll check in with you while we're writing it — so by the time you see it, there shouldn't be any surprises.

We stay in contact throughout

We agree on what's being built, what it'll cost, and what success looks like. A fixed deposit is paid to kick off development — this is what starts the clock.

Development begins. Depending on what's being built, this typically takes between one and two months. We'll keep you updated along the way.

We connect the system to your existing tools, install anything that needs installing, and walk your team through how it works. By the end of this, your new hire is ready to go.

Once the system is live, how we continue depends on what works best for your business.

With retainer

We manage it for you

Your system runs on a monthly retainer. We handle hosting, monitoring and maintenance — you just let it run. And your next automation costs a fraction of what the first one did.

Without retainer

You take full ownership

A one-off handover fee covers the full transfer of the system to you. You own the tools outright — but ongoing support and future discounts won't apply.

How the costs work

Two parts. No hidden fees.

Every engagement has the same structure — a one-off fee to build the system, and a recurring fee to keep it running. Here's what each covers.

The build fee

A one-off charge that covers the design, development, testing and initial setup of your system. The exact amount depends on what's being built, how many systems it connects to, and whether any user-facing tools are needed. You'll know the full figure before you commit to anything.

The monthly retainer

A recurring fee that keeps everything running. It covers hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and support — and it means you can add more automations in the same category without paying a full build fee each time. Think of it as your digital team's salary.

AI usage

If your system uses AI, there's a small usage-based fee that scales with how much it's used — not a flat charge you pay regardless. For most businesses this stays modest, and we'll flag it clearly if usage looks like it's growing.

You'll always see the full cost before anything is agreed. The proposal we send includes a complete breakdown — build fee, retainer, and any expected usage costs. Nothing gets added later without your say-so.

Ready when you are

The first conversation costs nothing.
